Squimpish Hollow Fly

This is a hollow fly tied using premium hand selected bucktail, Squimpish fibers for the tail section and for the color in the counter shading of the baitfish, and finished with an oversized eye reinforced with a durable resin coating. This pattern is also keel weighted at the bend of the hook to help both with weight balance and to ensure this fly will ride dark side up and hook point down even in the heaviest current or biggest waves. I tie a couple versions of this fly, this version is tied on Ahrex SA210 Bob Clouser Signature Hooks which are great not only for inshore saltwater species like striped bass, redfish and small tarpon but also is a great hook for northern pike, musky and freshwater bass.
